Filecoin Ignite is a series of events for the Web3 community ahead of Mainnet Launch. There will be hackathons, conferences, workshops, interviews, and more! These events are put on by many different groups in the community (thank you!). This is a great opportunity to dive in and learn about all kinds of things Web3.

• Who is organizing Filecoin Ignite?

  Each event is put on by various groups in the community. Filecoin Ignite itself is coordinated by Protocol Labs.

• Are these virtual or in-person events?

  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all Filecoin Ignite events are virtual (remote only) events over the internet. We strongly discourage in-person events for this series.

• Is there a Code of Conduct?

  Each event should have its own code of conduct. If your event does not yet have one, we recommend the IPFS Community Code of Conduct.

• Can I host an event around Ignite?

  Yes, of course. The community is strongly encouraged to organize events during and around other Filecoin Ignite events. Just try to avoid overlapping on important dates. Please let us know about your event.

• How do I add my event to the Ignite web page?

  This webpage is for the main events. Please fill out this form to tell us about your event, and we will consider adding it.

• How do I ask other questions?

  Please use this form to ask us more questions. You can also drop by #ignite-lobby in the Filecoin Community Slack.
